On May 10, 2013 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital surrounded by his loving family; in his 72nd year.

Dearly loved and treasured husband of Lorraine for 50 years. Most respected and loved father and father-in-law of Tracey and Neil, Michelle, Wayne, Keryn and Tony. Special and adored Grandad of Nicola, Mitchell, Tamara, Samuel, Joshua, Benjamin and Ariana.

A wonderful caring man who will be missed and remembered by all.

A service for Murray will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Anderson Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 2:30 pm on Tuesday May 14, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
