On July 17, 2013 at Dunedin Hospital; aged 70 years.

Husband of the late Heather, loved father and father-in-law of John and Dianna, (Brisbane), Cheryl and Gavin Scott, Donna and Chris Morgan (Auckland).

Loved Grandad of Caitlin, Jade, and Dominik. Brother and brother-in-law of Audrey and Bob, Robert, and Hazel and Areaiti, the late Ann, and Violet, and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.

A service for Ian will be held in the Dignity Chapel, corner Middleton and Isadore Roads, at 2pm on Tuesday July 23 followed by private cremation.
