COLLINS, Michael Falconer (Mike)

On September 9, 2013, unexpectedly at Dunedin Hospital; aged 59 years.

Dearly loved partner and soulmate of Bernadette van der Lem, much loved Dad of Miriam (Wellington), loved son of Shirley and the late Ernest, loved brother of Vicky and brother-in-law of Harry McIver, loved uncle of Clare, and Flora.

A service for Michael will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner of Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Streets, Dunedin at 10.30a.m. on Friday, September 13, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Mike will be deeply missed by his loving partner and soulmate Bernadette van der Lem and the extended MacGregor and van der Lem families.

You left us so suddenly on Monday 9th September. Dearly loved cousin and life-long friend of Steve McKenzie, dearly loved and treasured cousin of Dayle Matthews. Loved nephew of the late Mervyn McKenzie and Ruth McIntosh. Mike, you were so much more than a cousin - a brother, a dear friend and a like minded spirit. We will miss you more than words can ever say.
