Omanga Hospice, Lower Hutt on
Wednesday 11th September 2013
after a long illness, aged 66.
Beloved Son of Joe & his Mother
Rene (Dec). Adored Stepson of
Patricia for 53 years. Much loved
Brother of Darryl & Satomi, and
Francesca (Fran), & Terry. Uncle of
Gene, Keiller, Farren, Patty, Brook-
Lyn and Jordyn. Brother-in-law of
Lynette (Dec). Life will never be the
same without you my darling Phil!
Grateful thanks to staff at Te
Omanga Hospice for these past
two weeks, for their care,
commitment and kindness. Special
acknowledgement and sincere
thanks from Phil’s family, to all who
have supported and helped us in
our times of stress and need, your
kindness will remain with us
always, Patricia and Family. Extra

being so caring and helpful! In lieu

Queen’s Drive) On Wednesday
18th September 2013 at 1:30pm.
Followed by private cremation.
