On November 3, 2013, very peacefully at Sacred Heart Home, Dunedin; aged 92 years. - Beloved husband of Anita (Anne-Marie) for 69 years. Father of Christa, Bernard, Damian, Giles, John, Ivo, and Xavier. Father-in-law of Sharyn, Diane, Kate, Jean, Margaret, and Mary. Loved granddad of Sarah, Hannah, Ruth, and James; Luke, and Andrea; Andrew, and Stephen; Henry, and Connie; Vanessa, Ben, and Patrick. Great granddad of Ben and Frankie.

The family wish to express enormous thanks to the Little Sisters of the Poor for their unceasing care, compassion, dedication and spiritual support.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Joseph's Cathedral, Rattray Street, Dunedin at 1.30pm on Friday November 8 followed by private cremation. Rosary will be held in St Josephs Catholic Church, 295 Brockville Road at 4.30pm on Thursday November 7. In lieu of flowers donations to Little Sisters of the Poor would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
