On February 5, 2014, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by her loving family; aged 38 years.

Loved and adored "Sunshine" of Karl, cherished and adored Mummy of little Piper.

Dearly loved daughter of Gaye Thornley and the late Rod Byers, and step-daughter of Brian Thornley, loved sister and sister-in-law of Jayde and Steve Fiorio (Australia), and Marc Byers, and treasured friend of Sarah Clark.

Loved daughter-in-law of Gary and Diane Lawrence (Wellington), and loved sister-in-law of Ryan and Janie and adored Auntie of Stellan.

Special thanks to all the staff of the Otago Community Hospice for their loving and respectful care of Holly.

A service to celebrate Holly's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10:30am on Monday February 10, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
