On March 6, 2014, peacefully, surrounded by her family; aged a young 65 years.
Much loved wife and soul mate of Bob for 49 years, greatly loved Mum and mother-in-law of Karen and Paul Beres, Alan and Leanne, Darren & Kim, Stephen and Lisa, much loved Grandma of Jordie, and Lucy; Clinton, Liana, and Zinara; Tierran, Dylan, and Bailey; Summer, and Willow, and 'Big-Grandma' of Bella.

Marlene's family would like to thank the staff of Dunedin Hospital, especially Dr Perez and Osama Salih for their care and support.

A service to celebrate Marlene's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 12.30p.m on Tuesday, March 11, then leaving for Green Park Cemetery. Messages to PO Box 7142, Dunedin.
