On May 1, 2014 suddenly at home, as she wished; aged 63 years. Dearly loved partner of Tony, cherished and adored Mum of Ally, Kim and Dave, John and Aimee and the late Julie, and Brian. Loved Nana of Emily, Ruby, and Ethan; Kara and Max (Bubble Boy) and adored by her adopted "children" Mandy, Sandy, Jan, Joe, Kela, Shasha, and Matt.

A service for Jene will be held in the Dignity Chapel, corner Isadore and Middleton Roads at 2pm on Tuesday May 6, followed by private cremation.
