On May 3, 2014, at home; aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Elizabeth (Liz), much loved father of Mark, and Karen.

A service for John will be held in the Dunedin Crematorium Chapel, Tomahawk Road, at 11.30am on Thursday May 8, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
