On May 26, 2014 suddenly at Ross Home; aged 92 years.

Dearly loved husband for 67 years of Sheila, much loved father and father-in-law of Michael and Averil, Hilary and Frank van Zoelen, Helen and Murray Bradford (Gore), Peter and Gail (Hutt Valley), Sally and Clive Geddes (Queenstown), loved Grandad and Great Grandad of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Jack's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Tuesday June 3, followed by private cremation.
