Born Christchurch 24th July 1924. Died 3rd September 2014, suddenly, but peacefully in the presence of family.
Adored and devoted husband of Pat (nee Boyes) (deceased), and beloved and loving companion of Francie Campbell. Dearly loved and loving father and father-in-law of Warren and Pauline, Jon and Barbara, Jane and John, and Penny and Spencer. Much loved Opa of Philippa, Susannah, James, Nicholas, Jonathan; Benjamin, Daniel, Joshua, Samuel, Matthew; Rosa, Emma; Jacob, Harry, Edward; and of his 18 great grandchildren. A good friend of Francie’s family.
A rich life, well lived.

A service for Ron will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Rd, Carterton on Monday 8th September 2014 at 11.00am followed by private cremation at Clareville.
