Loved husband of Doris (dec) and father and father-in-law of Laurie (dec) & Margaret, Russell & Alison, and Lynne & Kate. Grandfather of Dean, Kate, Carol, Ian, & Fiona. Great-grandfather of Emma and Rafael.

A service will be held at St Hilda's Church, The Parade, Island Bay, Wellington on Monday, 11th September at 2pm, followed by private cremation.
