On 13th September 2014 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Dearly loved wife of the late William (Tom). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Mary and Raymond, Charlie and Shelly, Micheal and Anita, Rarmari. Claire, Caroline and Rex, Keiha and David, Dorothy and Rocky, Vicky (deceased), Boy and Tania, Loma, Judith, Thomas and Myrtle, Polly and Shaf.

Much adored Grandmother, great Grandmother and great great Grandmother to all her grandchildren.

Polly is lying at her home 440 High Street south, Carterton where her service will be held on Wednesday 17th September 2014 at 11.00am followed by burial at the Clareville Lawn Cemetery.
