Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 8 October 2014.
Beloved husband of Joyce.
Loving father and father-in-law of Sonia & Mark, Carl & Hing, Melanie & Dave. Proud grandad of Kate, Olivia, Lukas and Jemima.

Dave's funeral service will be held at the Upper Hutt Baptist Church, 1 Milton Street, Upper Hutt on Monday 13 October 2014 at 10.30am and will be followed by a private cremation.
