WILSON, Tennant Edward (Sir Tay); DCNZM, OBE.

Tay has fought his final battle, and won the race of life. He died peacefully in the presence of two of his daughters, on 26 October 2014, in his 90th year.
Devoted husband of Joan, Lady Wilson.
Loving, loved and respected father and father-in-law of Helen and Sam Beamish (Dunedin), Heather Rodwell (Wellington), Jill and Dave Moore (Rotorua), Scott and Alison (Brisbane), and Nancy Wilson (Wellington). Also Neil and Miyoko Hammersley (Rotorua), Jan and Leigh Webber (Christchurch).
Tay delighted in the lives of his grandchildren and great- grandchildren, and leaves them a legacy of love and integrity.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Special Olympics NZ may be made at the Memorial Service or online through www.specialolympics.org.nz. Thank you.

At Tay's request a private family gathering is being held.
The family invites you to a Memorial Service to celebrate his life. Please join with them on Thursday 30 October, 2pm, at The Salvation Army (Hutt City), cnr Cornwall St and Kings Cres, Lower Hutt.
