Peacefully on 15 January 2015 at Maupuia Lifecare in her 94th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Bill (William Wallace). Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Grant and Toni, Mark and Annette, Margaret and Randall. Gran to Brooke and Kirstie; Jono and Jess, Michelle and Adam, Ben and Tim; Joshua, Abigail and Andrew. Great gran to Amelia and Oliver.

Ngaire was a tireless, selfless carer with an eye for those who couldn't help themselves. She was one of the first Home Helps in Wellington, retiring after 25 years of service. Released by her fellow saints at The Street Church and Wellington CRC Church. " A positive, uplifting spirit."

In lieu of flowers donations to Bible Society NZ 144 Tory St, Te Aro, Wellington 6011 would be appreciated.

A private service to celebrate the life of Ngaire was held in Wellington followed by a burial.
