Passed away peacefully at Elderslea on 17th October 2015, surrounded by her family.
Loved mother of Lydia and Tania Zambon.
Long time partner of the late Dennis Smith.
Loved and sadly missed by all her friends and extended family.

Anna's funeral service will be held at St Jospehs Church, 1 Pine Avenue, Upper Hutt at on Tuesday 27th October 2015 at 2.00pm followed by a private cremation
