DelPrete, Stefanie Lee (Stef) - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at Mary Potter Hospice on 21st December 2015.

Special thanks to the staff of Mary Potter Hospice and Wellington Hospital for their care of Stef.

A celebration of Stef's life will be held at Old Saint Paul's, Mulgrave Street, Thorndon on Thursday 24th December at 11am.
