HAMMOND, Malcolm. Of Papawai, Greytown.

On 6th February 2016 peacefully at his home, in the presence of family. Aged 81 years.
Dearly loved husband of Irene for 56 years.

Loved father and father-in-law of Stephen and Maree, Elizabeth and Paul Pepper, and Judith.

Treasured Grandad of Samantha, Hamish, Natalie, Joe; Kate, William, Samuel and Thomas.

Loved son of the late Percy and Vida Hammond. Loved brother of Fred and Miriam, June and Ross Sugrue, and a loved uncle and friend to many.

A special thanks to Dr Nathan, the staff at Ultimate Care Greytown and the Palliative Care Team for their care of Malcolm.

Flowers or in lieu a donation to the Kahukura Palliative Care Service, P.O. Box 96, Masterton 5840 would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service for Malcolm will be held in St Luke’s Anglican Church, Cnr Main and Church Streets, Greytown on Friday 12th February 2016 at 1.00pm followed by burial at the Greytown Lawn Cemetery.
