LENSEN, Anne (nee Prentice) – peacefully on 25 October 2006 at Te Omanga Hospice.

Dearly loved wife of Rob and special Mum of Daniel, Bridget and Andrew. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of Belinda and Brenton, Hugh and Sandy, Caroline and Ian. Special Aunt of Jonathan and Christopher; Sarah and Matt; and Emma.

The family wishes to thank everyone who has been involved in Anne’s care and treatment.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated and may be posted to the Plunket Society, 126 – 132 Lambton Quay, Wellington or Te Omanga Hospice, 136 Woburn Road, Lower Hutt or they may be left at the service.

A Celebration of Anne’s life will be held in Old St Paul’s, Mulgrave Street, Wellington at 1 pm on Monday 30 October 2006, followed by a private cremation.
