Loving husband of Bella. Loving father and father in law of Chris and Emma, Genevieve and Mark, Lucille and Michael, Rene and Lee. Opa of Miriam, Seppi, Nick; Natasha and Matt, James, Odette, Madeleine; Amelia, Owen; Gabrielle, Gilles. Great Opa of Annie-Mei, Charli Rose, and Jack. Brother and uncle to his family in The Netherlands.

Special thanks to the staff at Mary Potter Hospice, the District Nurse's and the Palliative Care team for their care and support of Herman.

In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Herman's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Bernard, Taft Street, Brooklyn on Monday 11 July at 11am, thereafter interment at the Makara Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in church on Sunday evening at 7pm.
