Paula, Jeff, and their family are utterly devastated to announce the death of their son, at Dunedin Hospital on September 16, following a tragic accident in Cromwell.

Loved youngest son, loved brother of James, and Cameron, loved uncle of Amber, Mia, and their mother Kirsty, loved Grandson of Shona and Stephen Downs, and Alan and the late Margaret Grubb, loved and cherished nephew of Sharon and Barry, Janette and Derek, and Cindy and Terry, and loved cousin of Jeremy, Hannah, Rachel, Rebecca, Jessica, and Olivia.

Family thnak the satff of St John Ambulance, Dunstan Hospital, the Chopper Crew, and the amazing and supportive staff of 5A, Dunedin Hospital. Paula and Jeff wish to acknowledge the support and love from the Cromwell and East Otago communities.
