Pat's funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 5 Palmer Cres, Upper Hutt, on Saturday 5 November 2016 at 9:00am, thereafter interment at Akatarawa Cemetery.

The rosary will be recited in the above named church on Friday 4 November at 6:00pm.
