In the loving arms of her husband John, and her daughters Yohanna and Abbie, Carole passed away on the 14 November 2016 at Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington.

Beloved grandmother to Charlotte, Lucas, Joshua, Jemma, sister to Pamela, Denise (deceased), Cherry (deceased), sister-in-law, aunt, friend, musician, teacher and mentor.

She fought a long and hard battle, saw the election of Trump, survived the 7.8 earthquake and the storms that ensued, but she was called onto bigger and better things. Now heading the flamenco guitar section of the angels of the heavens. Ole!

A private service at Carole's request, was held at the family home on Thursday 18th November.
