On 20 December 2016, peacefully at Shona McFarlane, Lower Hutt, late of Dunedin.

Dearly loved brother and brother in law of Marilyn & Ian, Brent & Jeanette and Simon & Mel.

Neat uncle and great uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Loved friend and fellow musician of many.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Omanga Hospice are appreciated and can be left at Mike's service.
