BURDEN, Elizabeth Winifred (Lil). Formerly of Carterton
On 29th December 2016 peacefully at Wairarapa Village, Masterton. Aged 93 years.
Loved wife and companion of the late Allen (they were married for 63 years).
Loved mother and mother-in-law of Gordon and Pat (Masterton), Eileen and Laurence Rzoska (Masterton), Warren and Karyn (Carterton).
Loved Grandmother of Cindy and Ian Ireland, Holly Wootton, Heidi and Carl Last-Harris, Fiona Rzoska, Teresa Rzoska, Tanya Gordon, and Karina Burden.
Loved great Grandmother of Kristen and Heather Ireland; Patrick and Eva Wootton; Meihana, Aliyah and Kaylee Gordon; Jordin and Hunter Last-Harris.
Loved step great great Grandmother of Natalie, Taylah, and Cooper.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Kahukura Palliative Care Service, P.O. Box 96, Masterton 5840 would be appreciated and may be left in the Chapel foyer.
A service for Lil will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Wednesday 4th January 2017 at 11.00am followed by burial at the Greytown Lawn Cemetery.
