Slipped away peacefully on Thursday 9 March 2017 at St. Joseph's Home of Compassion, Silverstream, Upper Hutt aged 98.
Dearly loved wife of Tasman Cook (dec) and Maurice Myers (dec).
Dearly loved mother of Patricia (Pat), John, Paul, Peter, Margaret. Step mother of Maureen, Maurice and John.
Dearly loved nana of Karen, Lesley, Tonia (dec), Lauren, Ryan, Celeste, Lara and Nadia, Angela, Genevieve, Rosana and Gabrielle.
Dearly loved great nana of her 9 great grandchildren.
