On 22nd April 2017 peacefully at home with family. Aged 73 years.

Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Sally for over 50 years.

Loved father and father-in-law of Kristina and Gregory Martin (Brisbane), Joanne and Steve Harvey (Manila, Philippines), Suzanne and Michael Vennik (New Plymouth), Carl and Tanja (Brisbane).

Loved ‘Farfar’ of Isaac; ‘Koro Evan’ of Jesse and Tim; and ‘Morfar’ of Thomas

Loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

In lieu of flowers a donation to either the SPCA (Wairarapa) P.O. Box 7069, Newtown, Wellington 6242, or the Kahukura Palliative Care Service, P.O. Box 96, Masterton 5840 would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service for Evan will be held in St Luke’s Anglican Church, Greytown on Saturday 29th April 2017 at 11.00am followed by private cremation.
