On Saturday 23 September 2017 in Wellington, one month before his 90th birthday.

Loved husband of Ethel for 65 years, dearly loved father of Nigel and Jeff and the late Meredith and Pat. Cherished brother and brother-in-law to Margaret and Graeme Davidson and the late Mary and Allan Bourne. Adored Papa of Nicola, Kate, Duncan, Hamish, Charlotte, Michael and Richard, and great-grandfather to Sebastian, Millie, Cynthia and Asher.

Memorial service to be held at Khandallah Presbyterian Church, 33 Ganges Road, Khandallah on Monday 2 October at 2pm.
