Passed peacefully, at home on Sunday, 8 October 2017.

Beloved wife of the late Czeslaw. Loved mother and mother in law of Jadzia and Danny. Babcia to Marlena and Mark, Michael and Anna, and Joshua. Yaya to Maisy, Parker, Charley and Freya.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart Foundation NZ would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Jadwiga’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Martin de Porres, 8 Park Ave, Lower Hutt on Friday, 13 October at 11am, thereafter private cremation.
