Parkin, Joy Mellanie (nee Peacock) QSM. 1928 – 2017.

Much loved wife and girlfriend of Lloyd James Parkin. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Janne and late Richard, Helen and Elaine and Murray. Dear Nana-Joy of Michelle and Stacey, Sarah and Tim, Jack, Kate, Kirsty and Steve, Morag and James and their families. Great Nana-Joy of Thomas, Josh and William.

Much loved sister of Joan and Blair and dearest Aunt of Ann and Chris, Kirsten and Steve and Colleen and Rick together with all their families.

Joy always gave thanks for her wonderful parents, husband, family and friends for a happy, successful and lucky life.

Joy’s full life will be celebrated at Old St Pauls, Mulgrave Street, Thorndon on Friday 13 October at 11am followed by a private cremation.
