GARR, Phillip Michael

Went to the arms of his beloved father in heaven on Wednesday, October 25, 2017; aged 47 years.

Cherished and loved son of Kathy and Peter, and cherished brother of Clare, Greg, Chris, and Paulene, loved and respected brother-in-law of Kevin, Gillian and Miles. His nephews and nieces will miss their special uncle. He will be fondly remembered by his many close family, friends and associates. After a titanic struggle, rest in peace forever.

Kathy and Peter would especially like to thank all the medical staff, caregivers, friends and family for their tireless efforts love, support and prayers over the past couple of years.

Requiem Mass will be held in Holy Name Catholic Church, Great King Street, North Dunedin, at 10am on Saturday October 28 followed by burial at the Lawrence Cemetery at 2.30pm in the afternoon. Rosary to be held at home at 6.30pm on Friday evening.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
