On 17 January 2018 peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice.

Dearly loved wife of the late Tony. Loved mother of Mary-Therese & Brian Bloomfield, Elizabeth (deceased) & Paul Gamble, Alison, Christopher and Justin & Megan (New York). Much loved grandmother of Gareth & Selina, Karn & John, Ben & Laura, Alex & Ruth, Brianna and Oakley (New York). Dearly loved great-nana of Jayden, Caleb and Keira.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff of Mary Potter Hospice for their care of Patricia.

Patricia’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Teresa, Karori Road, Karori on Thursday 25 January at 11am, thereafter to the Makara Cemetery.
