FAR, Lesley Fay (nee Joe):

Passed away on July 1, 2018, in Wellington, aged 85 years, after a short illness. Only daughter of Joe Sun (dec), and much cherished wife of Bill. Mother and Mother-in-Law of Julie, Steve and Cara, Diane, Linda and Garry, and Judy.

Beloved grandma of Holly and Drae, Miranda and Casey, and Oscar, and great-grandma of Maddox. Sister-in-law of Anne and Goie, Betty, Ernie and Sarah, Donald and Lola, Raymond and May, Eddie and Tania, Chris and Don, and loved aunty to all her nieces and nephews.

Heaven now has a new angel to watch over us, and she will be 21 forever in our hearts.

Special thanks to the staff of 7 South Pod E at Wellington Hospital for their outstanding care and compassion. A service in celebration of

Fay’s life will be held at the Home of Compassion, 2 Rhine Street (via Murray Street) Island Bay, at 1.00pm on Friday, 6th July, followed by a private cremation.
