Dummer, Jordan Jared (Jordy) – Suddenly left us on Wednesday 29 August 2018, aged 24 years, as a result of an accident.

Darling son of Maree and Chris, adored brother of Hayley and Henry (partner). Cherished nephew of Kath and Bouffy, Teresa and Paul, Claire and Alton, Lesley and John, Kevin and Koke and cousins. Loved grandson of the late Don, Shirley and Cyril.

A service to celebrate Jordan’s life will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Tuesday 4 September 2018 at 1pm. Thereafter burial at Makara Cemetery.
