Passed away peacefully at the Te Omanga Hospice with her family by her side.

Dearly loved wife of Russell. Much loved mum of Russell & Heidi, June, Brendon, Rebecca and Renee. Adored nana of Antone, Elana, Katie, Cole and Maddie.

Beloved daughter of Rita Carter and Alec Cloughley. Loved sister of Diane, Trevor, Graeme, Brent and their families.

A service to celebrate Val’s life will be held at the Hope Centre, 8 Downer Street, Lower Hutt on Thursday 27th September 2018 at 11:00am thereafter private cremation.
