HOLMQUIST, Rita Marianne. Passed away peacefully at Johnsonvale Home on Tuesday, 9 October 2018 aged 74.

Loved Mother of Robin, Adele and Philip. Cherished Grandmother of Ariana, Alice, Lochlan, Connor and Maia.

A heartfelt thanks to the staff at Wellington Hospital and Johnsonvale Home.

In lieu of flowers donations to Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service to celebrate the life of Rita will be held at Cockburn Street Chapel, on Thursday 18 October at 2:30pm, thereafter a private cremation.
