On 14 April 2007 peacefully at Glenwood Masonic Hospital. In his 84th year.

Beloved husband of the late Joyce. Loved father and father-in-law of Toni and Pauline (Taupo), Allan and Trish (Brisbane), Phill and Sheryll (Masterton), Rick and Chris (Masterton). Loved Grandad of Joy and Darrell; Shane, Damon, Justin (deceased), Hamish and Adam; Aaron and Meegan; Greg and Nathan, and loved great Granddad of Kyle, Jordan, Troy; Alicia; Stephanie, Matt, Cara and Dylan. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Tom and Lulu Cottle, Dorothy and Maurice Phillips.

A special thanks to the Te Omanga Wairarapa Hospice Service staff and all at Glenwood Masonic Hospital for their wonderful care.

In accordance with Toni’s wishes a private family service has been held.
