Pat peacefully passed into paradise at the Mary Potter Hospice after a brave and dignified fight, with her family at her side.

Loved mother of Christine, Martyn, James, Rachel and Mark. Friend of Janet. Adored Nana Pat of Zane, Caleb, Grace, Marcus (dec), Poppy and Louis. Companion of Onyx.

In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice, PO Box 7442, Wellington South, would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A Requiem Mass to celebrate Pat's life will be held at St Anne's Catholic Church, Emmett Street, Newtown, on Thursday 26th April 2007 at 11:00am, thereafter private cremation at Harbour City Crematorium. The Rosary will be recited in Church on Wednesday night at 7:00pm.
