ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: COMPTON, Gary Erle. Elizabeth, Royd and Frankie, Todd and Leanne, Nicholas and Anita, Kymm and Carol, Aaron and Rachel and families wish to sincerely thank relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who have been there to support them in various ways following the recent loss of Gary – a loved husband, father, father-in-law, Grandfather and great Grandfather. We have been overwhelmed by the lovely cards, cards, letters, flowers, food, phonecalls, visits, and the presence of so many who travelled from near and far to be with us at this time – we will never forget the kindness of you all. A special thanks to the Fire Service and all who assisted Gary at the supermarket; to Doug Weaver and Hariata Tahana for their comforting words; to Trad 7 for their fitting musical tributes; Peter and Jenny Giddens for their help, and to the Carterton RSA Womens Section for their help with serving afternoon tea. We would love to be able to thank you all individually but as this may not be possible please accept this as a personal acknowledgement of our sincere appreciation.
