EVANS, Christene Peacefully on 14 June 2007, in her 88th year.

Daughter of the late Herbert & Gladys Jones of Lancashire, Shropshire and South India. Husband of the late Taffy Evans of Redcliffs, Christchurch.
Very deeply loved and admired by her Wellington whanau - Andy, Miriama, Philip, Andrea, Kiri, Elizabeth, Richard, Janine, Samuel, Sophia, Lucy, Aaron, and Isabella. Also much loved by family in Christchurch and Britain, especially Pat, Gabriel and Nathan. Loved by Anne Mulcock, Shirley Schmidli, Ann Burnell, Betty Hart, Theresa Grace, Ruth Williamson and many other friends.

Thanks to Dr Tim Jefferies, Gail Williams, Viveka Cullen and staff of Mary Potter Hospice and Wellington Hospital for care and kindness.
