Makiteiaa, Tiaiti. Peacefully on 18 June 2007 at Hutt Hospital. Dearly loved husband of the late Ngarourutangi. Father of Mata, John, Piri, Dinah, Matapo, Kiri (deceased), Uamaki, Grace, and Tua. Much loved by all his brothers and sisters. Dearly loved by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at Harbour City Funeral Home, 22 Pretoria Street, Lower Hutt on Friday 22 June 2007 at 11:00am followed by interment at Taita Cemetery. A family service will be held Thursday 21st June at 6:00pm at Te Mangungu Marae, Rata Street, Naenae.
