KOLIJN, Hendrik Johan (Henk)
Passed away on 3 January, aged 89, at Shona McFarlane Rest Home in Lower Hutt after a long illness.

Loving husband of Agnes (dec), father of Susan & Warren, Sandra & Phil and John (dec), Grandpa of Jordan & Sara.
Much loved friend of Shona & Maui Tetava, brother of Marianne (dec), Stein, Pia, Anneke (dec), Jope (dec), Tom (dec), Frans (dec) and Herman (dec). Uncle to his many nieces and nephews in NZ, Australia, Canada and The Netherlands.

Many thanks to all the wonderful staff at Shona McFarlane Rest Home who cared for Henk.

In accordance with his wishes Henk is being cremated in a private service followed by a gathering to celebrate his life at a later date.

Dad, you were a kind, compassionate man and an amazing father, husband and brother, we will never forget you.
