HOLMES, Chris Martin - On 14th August 2021, peacefully at the Mary Potter Hospice, aged 58 years, after a very long and courageous battle with cancer.
Dearly loved husband of Kirsty.
Adored father of Tane, Max and Noa.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Lynne, Frankie, Tony, Derek, Ren, Geoff, Gary, Dennis, Kath, Angela, Liz, Michael, Jan, Sam, John, Fiona, Tomi and Michelle.
Loved by his many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the Mary Potter Hospice staff who cared for Chris and his family over the past few days. Your support has been greatly appreciated.

The Unicorn Foundation has been set up to help educate and support sufferers of neuroendocrine cancers and their families and is a cause that was extremely important to Chris.
