PLANK, Doris Marjorie, (nee King) - On 16th August 2021.

Doris passed away peacefully after a long illness at Fergusson Rest Home, aged 93 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Charles Plank.

Loved sister of Bert, Arthur, Ivy, Victor and David (all deceased), and Gladys & Lawrence. Auntie Doll was dearly loved by all her extended family.

In lieu of flowers donations to the SPCA / www.spca.nz, (in memory of Doris) would be appreciated.

Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Fergusson Home for their wonderful care and support.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family cremation will be held, and a Memorial Service for Doris to be held at a later time. Updates will be made on this page, when the easing of restrictions allow.

Died peacefully at Fergusson Care Home, Upper Hutt, after a seven-year residency.

Loved aunt, great aunt and loyal friend to many, including the Coldham-Fussell, Fussell-Quarmby, Grant, Thorpe and Walton families. ‘Grandma’ to Kim, Constance and Victoria Coldham-Fussell and their children, and beloved special friend of Carol & Terry Delaney.

Doris’s kindness and sense of humour is greatly missed by all who knew her.
