On 27th August 2021 at Hutt Hospital, aged 92, Phil died peacefully with his daughter by his side and his family in his heart.

Devoted husband of Doreen (dec) married for 58 years. Brother of Lil (dec) and Stan (dec).

Much loved father and father-in-law of Peter & Naomi (dec), Jan & Geoff, Les & Katrina, and Keith & Lee.

Proud Pop to his grandchildren Nathan (dec), Alicia, Joshua, Erin, Shaun, Tracey, Vickey, Gavin, Russell, Roydon, and also 11 great-grandchildren.

Phil had a very full life. He was a positive person with a great sense of humour.
He enjoyed music, dominoes, and cards.
Phil was loved by all and will always be fondly remembered.

Special thanks to the OPRS staff at Hutt Hospital for their care and the support workers who cared for him at home.

Due to Covid restrictions a cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Phil's life.
