Loved husband of Anne.
Loved father of Wayne, John, and Tracey and father-in-law of Wayne Chalmers.
Loved grandad and great grandad.
A service for Tom will be held at the Carterton Memorial Club, Broadway, Carterton on Thursday 23rd September 2021 at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation at Clareville.
