Peacefully at Te Omanga Hospice on Wednesday, 6 October 2021, surrounded by his family.

Brad would be stoked if you wore a rugby jersey to his service that will be held at the Wainuiomata Rugby Football Club, Moohan Street, Wainuiomata on Monday, 11 October at 2pm, thereafter private cremation.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions attendance at the service will be limited. Brad will lay at home on Sunday, 10 October and you are welcome to visit and pay your final respects.
