LANG, Gary Joseph. Of Longbush, formerly Breaker Bay, Wellington.
On 22nd October 2021 peacefully at Lansdowne Park, in the presence of family.
Aged 83 years. Much loved husband of Barbara. Loved father and father-in-law of Greg and Ali, Jeremy and Jen, Alastair and Kirsten. Adored Grandpa of Esther and Hannah; Georgia and Mitchell; Piper, Phoebe and Kelsey. And loved great Grandpa of Mila and Avery. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Christine and the late Ray Hope, and loved uncle of Nicole, Shane and Cameron. A special thanks to Dr David Heard, the Kahukura Team, and all at Lansdowne Park for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Wellington Free Ambulance (Wairarapa Service) www.wfa.org.nz would be appreciated.
A celebration of Gary’s life will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Rd, Carterton on Wednesday 27th October 2021 at 2.30pm followed by private cremation at Clareville. Covid restrictions of the day will apply. Gary’s service will be livestreamed via his tribute page.
