Forsyth, Frederick Charles - Passed away peacefully on 11 January at Te Omanga Hospice.
Loved husband of the late Joan. Loved dad of Amanda, Mathew & Angelina, and Louise. Beloved Poppa of Caleb, Teah, Troy and Leo.
